1. Purpose
This policy sets out the principles governing the processing of personal data within the scope of the KentPlanner website operated by Kent Kart Ege Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Access authorisation, logging, network security, use of up to date software, encryption, backup, staff confidentiality obligations and periodic audits are applied.

In addition to strictly necessary cookies, analytics and performance cookies may be used. Cookie preferences can be managed by the user.
11. User Rights
Users may exercise all of their rights under Article 11 of the KVKK. Where the relevant conditions are met, they may request information and exercise their rights to rectification, erasure, objection to processing and compensation.

Applications may be submitted to the data controller in writing or through the electronic methods accepted under the KVKK.
